PPH 405
High-speed disc atomizer.

The PPH 405 is an electrostatic high-speed atomizer for spraying liquid paints. It is fitted vertically on a reciprocating mechanism in the centre of the loop of an Omega type conveyor. The PPH 405 disc is the standard tool par excellence for electrostatic paint plants. Very versatile, it can just as well be used for metal frames as for cycles or wooden furniture.
Atomization is ensured essentially by electrostatics. The atomizing disc is driven by a compressed air turbine carried by an insulating body. It is connected to a high voltage booster. This atomizer is designed to include three independent product circuits ; two circuits fitted with a 2-way or 3-way valve mounted directly upstream the injector for fast colour changing. The third for a cleaning agent. The shaping air permits the product to be confined to a given space. The turbine, the insulating body, the protection resistor and the supply circuits are protected by an insulating cover.

TRP 501.000 - 502.00
Paint applicators with air and electrostatics.

The automatic TRP 501-00D (single gun) and TRP 502-00D (twin-gun) atomizers have been designed for the electrostatic application of all kinds of liquid paints :
solventborne, waterborne, high-solids, two-component, clear coat, etc. They can be used with paints at room temperature or preheated up to 50° C (120 F).
These high-flow TRP 501-00D and TRP 502-00D atomizers have been designed to spray not only on large surfaces, but also tubes, wirework and intricately-shaped parts. They guarantee fast color changes. They can be used in a stationary position or installed on a reciprocator, a single axis or a multi-axes robot.

Vortemail VEC
Automatic applicator for enamels or charged waterborne materials.

A solution to spray automatically non-solvent based materials, like porcelain enamels, ceramics, or charged waterborne materials. The Vortemail VEC is designed for spraying liquid porcelain enamel and non-solvent based materials. A component of an automatic system, its needle and nozzle combination provide a clean triggering of the material and a possibility for remote adjustment of the pattern. Its standard mount is stationary or on a reciprocating machine, but may also accommodate a robot. Spraying with the Vortemail VEC provides the benefits of electrostatics to the customer, and a perfect finish from the finest atomization. Transfert efficiency is much higher than that of a conventional atomizer, providing substantial materials savings. Coating times are reduced, as are booth maintenance and cleaning operations.

PPH 308
High speed rotary atomizer.

The PPH 308 rotary atomizer is outfitted with a SAMES patented magnetic air bearing turbine. This bell was designed for the General Industry market, to spray electrostatically water-based, solvent or bicomponent materials. High-efficiency compact Sprayer dedicated to light payload robots

Nanobell is a compact, lightweight (3.3 kg) and sturdy sprayer. It meets the expectations of manufacturers of small and average plastic parts, of the wood industry and of manufacturers of metal parts. With Nanobell they all have access to an applicator which can significantly increase their paint savings, while improving the quality of their production. The Nanobell robotic sprayer can spray, (according configuration) solvent paints, water-borne paints, mono or multi-components paints.
