Conventional Air Spray Gun
The Binks Model 95A Automatic Spray Gun is a conventional
style air spray gun. It incorporates all stainless steel
fluid inlet, fluid nozzle, and fluid needle for spraying a
wide variety of conventional and waterborne coatings.
Model 95AV incorporates tungsten carbite fluid nozzles
used in ceramic and abrasive coating applications. It is also
pneumatically activated for application with reciprocating,
rotary, spindle machines, and in stationary gun set-ups.
Binks Model 21, 21V, & 21M
AUTOMATIC Spray Gun
The Model 21 Series of spray guns are heavy duty,
pneumatically operated, automatic spray guns with forged
brass bodies.
All Model 21 spray guns feature nickel plated brass air
caps and bodies that will withstand years of use under the
toughest conditions. The Model 21V spray guns contain
tungsten carbide fluid nozzles and needles for use with
abrasive fluids. The Model 21M spray guns are internal
mix spray guns used in line striping

Ideal for coating test laboratories and where repeated fluid
flow adjustments are required. The 95AR Automatic Spray
Gun is a conventional style air spray gun. It incorporates all
stainless steel fluid inlet, fluid nozzle, and fluid needle;
95ARV incorporates stainless steel fluid inlet, fluid nozzle
with T.C. insert and fluid needle with T.C. tip for spraying a
wide variety of conventional and waterborne coatings. It
is also pneumatically activated for application with reciprocating,
rotary, spindle machines, and in stationary gun setups.
Exceptionally rugged in construction, the Binks
Models 95AR and 95ARV automatic guns are built to stand
up under hard, continuous use. However, like any other
fine precision instruments, their most efficient operation
depends on a knowledge of their construction, operation,
and maintenance.

LIGHTWEIGHT AUTOMATIC
SPRAY GUN
The Binks 460 Automatic Spray Gun is a small precision
gun designed with accuracy in mind, for ease of fitting
to existing automatic and semi-automatic machine.
Its compact dimensions also enable the gun to be
installed neatly and at close quarters, where the standard
range of automatics cannot be accommodated.
