Binks Agitators


Binks has developed a complete upgrade to the agitators used in conjunction with existing pressure tanks (both light and heavy-duty applications).

  • The new worm gear agitator drive units offer:
  • Superior oil drainage
  • No need for safety guards (no exposed drive parts)
  • 15:1 reduction (versus 20:1) that requires less air consumption for the same output shaft speed
  • Backward compatibility for easy upgrades on current and past pressure tanks.

The new agitators will be applicable to 2, 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 gallon pressure tanks, 5 and 10 gallon pails, and open or closed drums up to 55 gallons that use agitators to mix fluid materials.
